Appointment Policy
12 hour cancelation/reschedule policy applies in amount of $75 ($150 couples) for your service, when an appointment is canceled or rescheduled by the client after the appointment time. This allows the therapist to be compensated for their time they have dedicated to your scheduled appointment.

House Bill 197 on Massage Establishments was signed into law by Governor DeSantis on April 22, 2024 and went into effect on July 1, 2024.
This law states that massage establishments must maintain a complete set of “legible” client records to include the date, time, and type of service or treatment provided; the full legal name of the employee who provided the service or treatment; and the full legal name, home address, and telephone number of the client.
