Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massages uses firm pressure and slow strokes to massage deep layers of muscle and fascia, which is the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles. Deep tissue is a more forceful technique that releases tension causing back pain, stiff neck pains.

Swedish Massage

The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Relaxation Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins. Increases oxygen levels in the blood and improves flexibility in the body.

Couples Room Massage

The service takes place in the same room and at the same time with two different therapists. Couples massage allows two people to have a shared experience that can result in a closer bond. A couple may choose this time to chat and catch up with each other or simply relax and enjoy the massage together.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage is often paired with Swedish Massage. Stones are heated and used with oils to sooth, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress.

Prenatal Massage

A prenatal massage is a full body massage that is similar to a Swedish massage except for a few modifications with body positioning that can ensure the safety and comfort for both mother and baby. Prenatal massages are a great way for an expectant mother to manage stress levels, which is especially essential during pregnancy.

Lymphatic Drainage

Relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system.

Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels.

Cupping

Cupping massage sessions, a therapist places round cups directly on your skin. The cup is then manually pumped to create a suction. The cups are then left on your skin for several minutes. The suction created by the cup encourages blood flow. This increased circulation promotes healing and reduce pain.

Reflexology

Reflexology therapy is the application of pressure to areas on the feet (or the hands).

Reflexology is generally relaxing and may help alleviate stress. The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body.
