House Bill 197 on Massage Establishments was signed into law by Governor DeSantis on April 22, 2024 and went into effect on July 1, 2024.

This law states that massage establishments must maintain a complete set of “legible” client records to include the date, time, and type of service or treatment provided; the full legal name of the employee who provided the service or treatment; and the full legal name, home address, and telephone number of the client.

Please make sure you bring a valid photo ID with your full legal name and home address so we can comply with this law. Thank you!
